new site

Ever since I created my first LiveJournal account, I haven't been satisfied with the different blogging options I have utilized or the titles and domains I've chosen. This site is an accumulation of all the frustrations I've dealt with in terms of finding the perfect space to run to on the web where I can air my thoughts, pursuits, and little joys in life out to others. There's so much I want to share but I find that social media networks are too overwhelming. We often have to worry about censoring ourselves and dealing with those that frankly, you would prefer didn't know details of your life easily shared with friends. So here it is. My space to share culinary adventures, neat tricks, pursuits of happiness, and unexpected adventures.

This is back when i used to drive around in my big, white Expedition and run into sights like these all the time in good old South Texas.
